排种装置作为气吸式免耕播种机的关键部件,其由免耕地表引起的振动对排种性能具有一定的影响。为此,对气吸式免耕播种机排种装置进行了振动分析和基于响应面法的振动排种优化试验。通过振动模型简化和理论分析,由种子振动受力分析得出临界吸附力和临界真空度的计算式。在田间振动测试与理论分析的基础上,利用精密排种试验台进行了排种性能试验。基于响应面法分析的试验结果表明,影响气吸式免耕播种机排种性能指标的因素次序:合格指数主次顺序为振动频率、排种盘转速、真空度;漏播指数主次顺序为真空度、振动频率、排种盘转速。考虑到各因素之间的交互作用和农艺要求,玉米排种的最优参数是真空度为3~3.5 kPa ,种盘速度为25~30m/s,振动频率为55~65Hz。该结论为免耕播种机气吸式排种装置的性能优化和免耕振动机理的深入研究奠定了基础。

The seed metering device is the key component of air-suctionseed metering device of no-tillage planter , the surface of No-tillage caused by vibration has a certain effect on seeding performance .This article is described vibration analysis and vibration test optimization based on response surface method for the air suction seeder metering device . Through the simplified vibration model and theoretical analysis , and a mathematical model is established .The formulas of critical adsorption capacity and critical vacuum degree are set by force analysis of seed vibration .Based on the above field vibration test and theoretical analysis , performance tests conducted by use of precision seed metering test bench .Experi-mental results of the response surface method show that the sequence of influence factors of air suction seeder metering performance is qualified index ranked in order of degree of vibration frequency , the speed of planter plate, vacuum. Leakage sowing index ranked in order of degree of vacuum , the vibration frequency , the speed of planter plate .The opti-mal parameters for corn row is the vacuum degree in the 3~3.5kPa, disk speed in 25~30m/s, vibration frequency 55~65 Hz.the conclusion can Lay a foundation for performance optimization of no tillage planter of air suction and deeply re -search of no tillage vibration mechanism .
