为了提高变量撒肥机的施肥精度,尽可能地减少肥料浪费和对环境造成的污染,对变量撒肥机的关键设计参数进行了研究。结果表明,肥箱内肥料高度对排肥量影响不显著,排肥口开度和施肥量呈比例函数关系,并在此基础上设计了一种用于变量撒肥机控制系统。该系统可以根据撒肥机的车速变化控制排肥口的大小,提高施肥质量。实验为变量撒肥机具的控制系统设计提供了依据,所设计的变量撒肥机具有更好的施肥性能。

In order to improve the precision of the manure spreader , and reduce the waste of fertilizer and fertilizer pollu-tion to the environment , this project research the key design parameters of the manure spreader .The experimental results show that the height of the fertilizer in the manure box is not obvious influence on the quantity of fertilizer , and there is a functional relationship between the size of the fertilizer ejector and the quantity of fertilizer , and on this basis we design a Control system for the variable fertilizer spreader .This system can control the size of the fertilizer ejector according to the speed change of the manure spreader , improve the quality of the fertilizer .The experiment provides the basis for the design of the control system of the variable manure machine , and this machine has better fertilization performance than usual.
