目的：探讨胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗新发心房纤颤的临床疗效。方法选取2O1O年4月-2O14年3月于本院接受治疗的新发心房纤颤患者46例作为研究对象。将其分成对照组及观察组，各23例。对照组给予盐酸胺碘酮联合维拉帕米治疗；观察组给予胺碘酮及稳心颗粒的联合治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组临床治疗的总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<O. O5）。结论胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗新发心房纤颤，不仅临床治疗疗效显著，而且对患者的身体素质以及生存质量具有提升作用。
목적：탐토알전동연합은심과립치료신발심방섬전적림상료효。방법선취2O1O년4월-2O14년3월우본원접수치료적신발심방섬전환자46례작위연구대상。장기분성대조조급관찰조，각23례。대조조급여염산알전동연합유랍파미치료；관찰조급여알전동급은심과립적연합치료。비교량조환자적림상료효。결과관찰조림상치료적총유효솔고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P<O. O5）。결론알전동연합은심과립치료신발심방섬전，불부림상치료료효현저，이차대환자적신체소질이급생존질량구유제승작용。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of amiodarone combined with Wenxinkeli in treating new atrial fibrillation. Methods A total of 46 patients with new atrial fibrillation in our hospital from April 2O1O to March 2O14 were se-lected,and then they were divided into control group(23 cases)and observation group(23 cases). The control group was treated with amiodarone combined with verapamil,the observation group was treated with amiodarone combined with Wenxinkeli. Clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant( P<O. O5). Conclusion Amiodarone combined with Wenxinkeli has significant clinical efficacy in treating new atrial fibrillation,which,can improve patients'physical fitness and quality of life.
