目的:探讨基于问题学习(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)教学法在中医针灸临床课程教学中的效果。方法将62名学生随机分为试验班和对照班,并通过期末测试和调查问卷评价其教学效果。结果经过一学期的试验教学,期末试卷测试结果有统计学意义(P<0.05),调查问卷结果显示出PBL的优缺点。结论 PBL教学法可以在一定程度上提高中医针灸临床考试课的教学质量。

목적:탐토기우문제학습(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)교학법재중의침구림상과정교학중적효과。방법장62명학생수궤분위시험반화대조반,병통과기말측시화조사문권평개기교학효과。결과경과일학기적시험교학,기말시권측시결과유통계학의의(P<0.05),조사문권결과현시출PBL적우결점。결론 PBL교학법가이재일정정도상제고중의침구림상고시과적교학질량。
Objective To investigate the application of Problem-based Learning (PBL) teaching method on compulsory course of clinical acupuncture.Methods 60 students were devided into two groups randomly. The effect of this teaching method was evaluated byfinal exam and questionnaire.Results After one semester’s experimental teaching, the evaluation showed that there was a huge difference between two groups students’ test scores, and the results of questionnaires showed the advantages and disadvantages of PBL teaching method.Conclusions PBL teaching method could increase compulsory course of clinical acupuncture’s teaching quality to a certain extent.
