运用数值模拟分析和现场实测数据相结合的方法,对岩巷掘进巷道长压短抽式通风系统进行了研究。基于某矿岩巷掘进巷道实际条件,运用Gambit技术软件建立巷道和工作面的三维几何模型。应用流体力学Fluent 软件对该三维模型进行长压短抽通风系统流场模拟和系统关键参数优化模拟,并与现场测量数据进行一一对比,数值模拟结果与实际测量数据结果一致。结果表明,岩巷掘进巷道利用长压短抽通风系统除尘效果较压入式通风系统提高30%~50%,通过优化负压风筒高度和吸尘罩尺寸等关键参数,可以进一步提高系统的除尘效率。

This research is study in Far -pressing-near-absorption ( FPNA) ventilation system by using the methods of combining numerical simulations and the measured data in a fully mechanized excavation roadway of rock working face .Based on the rock lane ac-tual conditions of a mine roadway , we have used GAMBIT technology to build a 3D-geometric model of mine roadway and working face, meanwhile, using computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT to simulate the flow field and key parameters of the 3D-hydro-dynamic model .By comparing the actual measurements data with the numerical simulation data , we found that the results of numerical simulation and actual measurement data are consistent , Through numerical simulation and actual experiment , it turned out that the dust collection efficiency is improved 30%~50%after using the ventilation system , and by optimizing the height of the negative pres-sure duct and the size of dust cover , it can further improve the dust removal efficiency of the system .
