介绍卒中后吞咽困难的针灸治疗进展，分析近年来针灸治疗卒中后吞咽困难的文献，从体针疗法，项针疗法，舌针疗法，眼针疗法，电针疗法等多个方面进行分类综述。目前现代医学无特殊有效的治疗方法，针灸治疗卒中后吞咽困难疗效显著，且具有费用低廉，不良反应少等优点，是一种安全、有效、值得推广的治疗手段，但目前临床研究尚存些问题有待今后改进。

The review described the acupuncture treatment progress of post-stroke dysphagia, analyzed recent literature on acupuncture treatment of post-stroke dysphagia and discussed the classification from the body acupuncture,neck acupuncture,tongue acupuncture,eye acupuncture and electro-acupuncture therapy. There are no special effective treatments for dysphagia after stroke using modern medicine methods. The acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for dysphagia after stroke is significantly effective and has advantages of low cost and low side effects. It is a safe,effective and worthy of promotion. However,there are still some problems in current clinical research,which need to be improved in the future.
