目的:研究Galectin-3和CyclinD1在胃癌中表达的相关性及其临床意义。方法收集72例胃癌患者的切除标本作为研究对象。采用免疫组化检测标本的Galectin-3和CyclinD1表达,并探讨与胃癌的病理类型、TNM分期、淋巴结转移、3年无病生存时间的相关性。结果 Galectin-3和CyclinD1在胃癌组织的表达分别为48例(66.7%),42例(58.3%),明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05)。晚期和有淋巴结转移的胃癌Galectin-3和CyclinD1表达显著高于中早期和淋巴结未转移者(P<0.05),Galectin-3和CyclinD1共同表达者3年生存率显著低于阴性者。结论 Galectin-3和CyclinD1是胃癌生物学行为的重要指标,联合检测Galectin-3和CyclinD1对于判定胃癌预后具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the correlations of the expression of Galectin-3 and CyclinD1 with gastric cancer. Methods The expression of Galectin-3 and CyclinD1 in gastric samples of 72 gastric cancer patients underwent gastric surgery were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The Galectin-3 and CyclinD1 expression in gastric cancer were 48(66.7%)、42(58.3%),Galectin-3 and Cy-clinD1 expression in the advanced and lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than in the early and without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). Patients with both Galectin-3 and CyclinD1 expres-sion had much lower survival rate. Conclusion Detection of Galectin-3 and CyclinD1 expression are of great significance for clinicopathological features of gastric cancer. Both Galectin-3 and CyclinD1 can predict prognosis of gastric cancer.
