目的：建立保健食品中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法：以芦丁为对照品，以30％乙醇为溶剂，测定吸光度值。结果：芦丁对照品在2～30μg/ml浓度范围内，浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系，r＝1，平均加样回收率为96.65％，RSD％为2.0％。结论：本法准确、快速、简便、环保，为测定保健食品中总黄酮的含量测定方法提供了参考。
목적：건립보건식품중총황동적함량측정방법。방법：이호정위대조품，이30％을순위용제，측정흡광도치。결과：호정대조품재2～30μg/ml농도범위내，농도여흡광도정량호적선성관계，r＝1，평균가양회수솔위96.65％，RSD％위2.0％。결론：본법준학、쾌속、간편、배보，위측정보건식품중총황동적함량측정방법제공료삼고。
Objective:to set up the method of determining total flavonoids in health-care food by UV method.Method:The ab-sorbance was determinated with 30%ETOH,Rutin was used as standard abstance.Result:The calibration curve was linear at the ran-ges of 2~30 μg.ml-1 for Rutin standard abstance (r=1),the average recovery was 96.65%,RSD was 2%.Conclusion:The method was accurate with good reproducibility and can be used as an environmentally,rapid,simple analysis for determination of total flavonoids from health-care food.
