目的：探讨集中式规范维护导管在基层医院经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）置管患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取乐山市五通桥区人民医院2010年12月～2013年6月35例PICC置管患者（含异地置管11例）进行集中式导管维护。采取每周星期二、星期五为患者导管维护时间，加强护士技能培训，设立门诊导管维护护士，制定维护流程，重视患者及家属等健康教育措施。结果患者对导管维护依从性提高，并发症减少，患者满意度提高。结论对PICC患者带管期间进行集中式导管规范维护，可以有效预防并发症的发生，保障患者的安全及顺利完成治疗方案。
목적：탐토집중식규범유호도관재기층의원경외주정맥치입중심정맥도관（PICC）치관환자호리중적응용효과。방법선취악산시오통교구인민의원2010년12월～2013년6월35례PICC치관환자（함이지치관11례）진행집중식도관유호。채취매주성기이、성기오위환자도관유호시간，가강호사기능배훈，설립문진도관유호호사，제정유호류정，중시환자급가속등건강교육조시。결과환자대도관유호의종성제고，병발증감소，환자만의도제고。결론대PICC환자대관기간진행집중식도관규범유호，가이유효예방병발증적발생，보장환자적안전급순리완성치료방안。
Objective To explore the effect of centralized Maintenance PICC(Periphera Inserted Central Catheter)catheter normatively in primary hospital. Methods To select Leshan Wutongqiao District People's Hospital from 2010 December to June 2013 35 cases of patients with PICC catheter (including remote catheter in 11 patients) were centralized catheter maintenance. Catheter maintenance was implemented by enhancement skills training of full-time nurses and development maintenance processes on every Tuesday and Friday. Care patients&their families and other health measure were taken. Results Compliance of catheter maintenance patients improved, complications reduced, and satisfaction improved. Conclusion Centralized maintenance of catheter normatively can effectively prevent the occurrence of complications; protect patient safety and successful completion of the treatment for PICC patients.
