Aiming at the construction requirements of PSPC international painting code , the piping production design optimi-zation measures were analyzed , including consideration of painting construction annular space , the method of preinstall pipe clamp, used non-welded pipe clamp , used non-welded connector , exactitude statistic of pipes opening , optimization the piping installation etc .These methods can make sure pipe install accuracy and need not second modified in PSPC construction area , so as to ensure the PSPC construction purpose and quality .
