目的：了解南充市营利性敬老院老人生理健康现状，分析探讨原因，为该地区社会福利机构制定相关政策提供数据参考和建议。方法：采用随机抽样的方法，运用sf-36量表中相关生理健康领域的条目并结合自行设计的问卷，对南充市两区11家营利性敬老院内老人进行调查。结果：南充市营利性敬老院老人生理健康状况较差，涉及生理领域的生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛和一般健康状况都有待提高，身体状况以心脑血管疾病最多，其次为呼吸道疾病、糖尿病、神经系统疾病、风湿、骨关节病等。分析影响因素发现，文化程度、有无月收入、医疗付费方式、入住原因、呼吸系统疾病对生理健康有不同程度的影响。结论：需扩大医保覆盖范围，倡导健康生活方式，依不同老人需求添置文化娱乐设施，改善环境，以生态促健康。

목적：료해남충시영리성경로원노인생리건강현상，분석탐토원인，위해지구사회복리궤구제정상관정책제공수거삼고화건의。방법：채용수궤추양적방법，운용sf-36량표중상관생리건강영역적조목병결합자행설계적문권，대남충시량구11가영리성경로원내노인진행조사。결과：남충시영리성경로원노인생리건강상황교차，섭급생리영역적생리궤능、생리직능、구체동통화일반건강상황도유대제고，신체상황이심뇌혈관질병최다，기차위호흡도질병、당뇨병、신경계통질병、풍습、골관절병등。분석영향인소발현，문화정도、유무월수입、의료부비방식、입주원인、호흡계통질병대생리건강유불동정도적영향。결론：수확대의보복개범위，창도건강생활방식，의불동노인수구첨치문화오악설시，개선배경，이생태촉건강。
objective: To grasp the physical health current situations of the elders ,analyze reasons at for-profit homes for the aged in Nanchong and provide reference datas and advice to related policies for old-age social welfare institutions in the region. Methods:adopt the method of random sampling,and using related entries in the field of physical health in sf-36 scale combined with the self-designed questionnaire in the investigation into 11 for-profit homes for the aged in Nanchong. Results:the physical health current situations of the old men surveyed are poor and physical functioning,role-physical,bodily pain and general health involved are to be improved. Physical condition with disease of heart head blood-vessel is most,followed by the respiratory disease,diabetes,neurological disease,rheumatism,joint disease ,etc. It has been found that cultural degree,monthly income,medical payment methods,check reasons,respiratory system diseases have different degrees of influence on physical health. Conclusion:Expand the coverage of medical insurance,advocate healthy lifestyle,append cultural entertainment facilities according to the different demands,improve the environment,enhance health ecologically.
