要通过比较不同炮制方法对江边一碗水生品和炮制品中鬼臼毒素含量的影响,优选了土家药“江边一碗水”的炮制工艺。采用高效液相法对江边一碗水的生品及其5种炮制品(童便浸泡制品、醋炙制品、醋蒸制品、姜汁浸泡制品、醋磨制品)中的鬼臼毒素含量进行了测定,比较了不同炮制工艺中鬼臼毒素含量的变化。结果表明:不同炮制品中鬼臼毒素的含量由大至小分别是:醋炙品>醋蒸品>醋磨制品>生品>童便浸泡制品>姜汁制品。故醋炙法和醋蒸法是江边一碗水的较为适宜的炮制方法,活性成分测定结果稳定可靠,重现性好,可为江边一碗水炮制工艺规范化提供实验依据。

요통과비교불동포제방법대강변일완수생품화포제품중귀구독소함량적영향,우선료토가약“강변일완수”적포제공예。채용고효액상법대강변일완수적생품급기5충포제품(동편침포제품、작자제품、작증제품、강즙침포제품、작마제품)중적귀구독소함량진행료측정,비교료불동포제공예중귀구독소함량적변화。결과표명:불동포제품중귀구독소적함량유대지소분별시:작자품>작증품>작마제품>생품>동편침포제품>강즙제품。고작자법화작증법시강변일완수적교위괄의적포제방법,활성성분측정결과은정가고,중현성호,가위강변일완수포제공예규범화제공실험의거。
In order to optimize the processing of Tujia medicine Diphylleia sinesis , the effect of different processing techniques on the content of podophyllotoxin in the medicine are compared .The contents of podophyllotoxin of each sample ( Diphylleia sinesis, infants′urine soaked products , vinegar-stir-baked products , vinegar-steamed products , ginger-soaked products, vinegar-grinded products ) were determined by high pressure liquid chromatography ( HPLC).The results indicated that the content of podophyllotoxin varied as follows:vinegar-stir-baked products >vinegar-steamed products >vinegar-grinded products >Diphylla sinensis >infants′urines soaked products >ginger-soaked products .So stir-baking and steaming with vinegar might be more suitable for the processing of Diphylleia sinesis.The determination of active ingredient is accurate , reliable and reproducible , and may serve as reference for the processing of Diphylleia sinesis.
