对在役天然气管道压气站进行安全完整性等级(SIL)验证,从结构约束和随机失效两方面评估各安全功能回路的硬件安全完整性,判断其是否达到安全要求,对于未达到要求的功能回路应根据分析从检验测试间隔、设备增加诊断、通道结构、降低失效率等方式提高回路的SIL能力。
