通过对苏州三家私立医院医患门诊沟通语料进行收集分析,基于面子理论研究了医生和患者在沟通中采取不同礼貌策略的话语数和所占比例。结果发现交际过程中医生和患者采取直接策略话语数最多,其次是积极礼貌策略,再次为消极礼貌策略。这一发现为促进良好的医患沟通方式、建立和谐的医患关系提供了指导意义。

Based on Brown and Levinson’s politeness theory,this thesis investigates the communicative interaction strategy of doctors and patients in three private hospitals in Suzhou.The utterances of eight doctors and forty outpatients were collected and analyzed.The results show that doctors and patients mostly adopt the strategies of bald-on-record,followed by positive politeness and negative politeness.This finding is helpful in improving good communicative way and developing nice doctor-patient relationship.
