以水泥、白泥纤维为主要原料,加入分散剂,发泡剂,制备白泥纤维发泡水泥,通过沉降法研究分散剂浓度对白泥纤维分散情况,结果表明:与水泥的质量比范围为0.71%、1.43%、2.14%、2.86%、3.57%、4.29%、5.00%的白泥纤维的最佳分散剂浓度范围为0.80%、0. 90%、1.00%、1.10%、1.20%、1.30%、1.40%;研究了白泥纤维掺量对发泡水泥力学性能的影响,结果表明:当分散剂浓度1.30%、白泥纤维4.29%,试样抗压和抗折强度分别达到最大值:0.81 M Pa、0.34 M pa;研究了空白试样、1.30%分散剂与4.29%白泥纤维试样和4.29%白泥纤维试样的断面泡孔结构,结果表明:1.30%分散剂与4.29%白泥纤维试样泡孔结构均匀.

White mud fibers foaming cement are prepared by adding foam agent H2 O2 ,dis-persant to the main raw material for w hite mud fibers and cement ,the effect of concentration of dispersant on white mud fibers dispersibility were studied .by hydrometer method ,the op-timum dispersant concentration of different dosage white mud fibers ,which were 0 .71% ,1 . 43% ,2 .14% ,2 .86% ,3 .57% ,4 .29% ,5 .00% compared to the cement mass ,were 0 .80% ,0 . 90% ,1 .00% ,1 .10% ,1 .20% ,1 .30% ,1 .40% ;the effect dosage of w hite mud fibers on me-chanical properties of foamed cement are studied ,the results showed the compressive and flexural strength of 4 .29% w hite mud fibers dispersed in concentration for 1 .30% reached the maximum value ,respectively :0 .81 M Pa ,0 .34 M Pa .,bubbles structure of the section for the blank sample ,sample of dosage 4 .29% white mud fibers dispersed in concentration for 1 . 30% ,sample of dosage 4 .29% white mud fibers are studied ,the results showed bubbles structure of sample of dosage 4 .29% w hite mud fibers dispersed in concentration for 1 .30%were very uniform .
