目的：观察妊娠宫腔积液的临床特征，并分析中西医结合治疗妊娠宫腔积液的疗效。方法对我院2011年3月至2012年3月27例患者进行分析，设置为观察组，并采取中西医联合方式进行治疗；以同期单纯使用西药治疗的27例患者作为对照组，对两组的治疗效果进行详细分析。结果在进行一系列的治疗之后，观察组患者的治疗中有效率达到92.59%，对照组患者治疗总有效率达到74.07%，两组疗效对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中西药结合治疗妊娠宫腔积液患者具有良好的效果，并明显优于西药治疗，值得在临床上推广应用。
목적：관찰임신궁강적액적림상특정，병분석중서의결합치료임신궁강적액적료효。방법대아원2011년3월지2012년3월27례환자진행분석，설치위관찰조，병채취중서의연합방식진행치료；이동기단순사용서약치료적27례환자작위대조조，대량조적치료효과진행상세분석。결과재진행일계렬적치료지후，관찰조환자적치료중유효솔체도92.59%，대조조환자치료총유효솔체도74.07%，량조료효대비，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론중서약결합치료임신궁강적액환자구유량호적효과，병명현우우서약치료，치득재림상상추엄응용。
Objective to observe the clinical features of pregnancy uterine cavity effusion, combined with the analysis of chinese and western medicine and curative effect for the treatment of uterine cavity effusion of pregnancy. Methods in our hospital in March 2011 to 2012 on March 27 patients were analyzed, and the settings for the observation group, and adopt the mode of combined chinese and western medicine treatment;in the same period using pure western medicine treatment of 27 patients as control group, the detailed analysis on the treatment effect of the two groups. Results after a series of treatment, the observation group and the treatment of patients with efifciency reached 92.59%, control group total effectiveness 74.07%, treatment efifcacy compared the two groups, the difference statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion the combination of chinese and western medicine treatment of uterine cavity effusion in patients with pregnancy has good effect, and is superior to western medicine, is worth popularization and application in clinic.
