压气机积垢是导致燃气轮机性能退化最常见的原因之一,论文基于燃气轮机气路部件的热力学参数关系式,应用小偏差线性化法,建立了测量参数偏差和性能参数偏差的数学模型。在已经建立的模型中植入压气机积垢过程典型性能退化曲线,最终建立了压气机积垢模型。通过仿真获得了燃油流量等参数在压气机积垢过程中的变化趋势。研究结果表明,由于压气机积垢程度的加重,燃气轮机的燃油消耗量和燃烧室出口温度会逐渐增加,燃气轮机效率会逐渐降低。通过适当的清洗,可以使燃气轮机性能得到部分恢复,进而使燃气轮机总的运行费用和热端部件承受的温度降低。

The compressor fouling is one of the most common reasons that causing performance degradation of gas turbine .Based on thermodynamic parameters'relationships of gas path components , this paper establish the gas turbine mathematical model of the devia-tion of measurement parameters and the deviation of performance parameters using small deviation linearization method .Typical com-pressor fouling performance-degraded curves have been implanted into the model established .Finally, a compressor fouling model is es-tablished.Then we can obtain measurement parameters such as fuel flow changing trends in the process of compressor fouling through simulation.The result shows gas turbine fuel consumption and combustor exit temperature will gradually increase , the gas turbine effi-ciency will gradually decrease when compressor fouling become more serious ;Through suitable cleaning the compressor , gas turbine performance can be recovered partly .Then the total running cost and the temperature of hot section will be lower .
