用于加工铝合金、镁合金零部件的 AISI H 13热作模具钢因其恶劣的服役环境,现已表现出低寿命的致命缺陷。激光加热淬火工艺因兼有表面强化、残余应力低及与基底保持高的结合之特性,使 AISI H 13热作模具钢具有广阔的应用前景;激光熔覆合金化工艺因具有较强的表面可设计性与使用可靠性,使 AISI H 13热作模具钢具有巨大的发展潜力;热喷涂工艺具有流程短且涂层可设计性等优势,但因涂层与基底呈弱结合之状态,因此应在成分与工艺上进行涂层与基底之间热匹配设计,以满足工程应用的高性能化与长寿命化之需。
用于加工鋁閤金、鎂閤金零部件的 AISI H 13熱作模具鋼因其噁劣的服役環境,現已錶現齣低壽命的緻命缺陷。激光加熱淬火工藝因兼有錶麵彊化、殘餘應力低及與基底保持高的結閤之特性,使 AISI H 13熱作模具鋼具有廣闊的應用前景;激光鎔覆閤金化工藝因具有較彊的錶麵可設計性與使用可靠性,使 AISI H 13熱作模具鋼具有巨大的髮展潛力;熱噴塗工藝具有流程短且塗層可設計性等優勢,但因塗層與基底呈弱結閤之狀態,因此應在成分與工藝上進行塗層與基底之間熱匹配設計,以滿足工程應用的高性能化與長壽命化之需。

Because of their severe working environment,durability of AISI H13 hot-working tool steels used for producing parts of Al alloys and Mg alloys is poor.Hence,based on the introduc-tion of recently developed surface-modified technologies for the steel,laser-heated quenching pro-cessing is considered to be applied widely in engineering field due to its combined advantages of enhanced surface performance,low residual stresses and high bonding between the surface and the substrate,whereas laser cladding processing is considered to present a high potential in application due to its surface designability and employment reliability.Despite the advantages of short route and coating designability in thermal spraying,the bonding of the coating with the steel substate is j ust poor.So thermal spraying has to follow a suitable thermal match design between the coating and the substrate.In conclusion,the surface-modified products by thermal spraying can meet the combined requirements of high performance and high durability.
