Pinus yunnanensis%volatile oil%GC-MS
采用氯仿提取云南松花苞中的化学成分,经GC/MS分析,从云南松花苞挥发油中分析鉴定出了49个挥发性成分,占峰面积的58.89%。化合物类型包括单萜、倍半萜、二萜、脂肪族和酚类化合物,其中二萜和单萜为主要成分;质量分数最高的是松香酸(18.91%),其次为脱氢松香酸(10.20%)和十二氢化-1,4a-二甲基-7-(1-甲基乙基)-1-菲甲酸(10.20%)。
採用氯倣提取雲南鬆花苞中的化學成分,經GC/MS分析,從雲南鬆花苞揮髮油中分析鑒定齣瞭49箇揮髮性成分,佔峰麵積的58.89%。化閤物類型包括單萜、倍半萜、二萜、脂肪族和酚類化閤物,其中二萜和單萜為主要成分;質量分數最高的是鬆香痠(18.91%),其次為脫氫鬆香痠(10.20%)和十二氫化-1,4a-二甲基-7-(1-甲基乙基)-1-菲甲痠(10.20%)。
채용록방제취운남송화포중적화학성분,경GC/MS분석,종운남송화포휘발유중분석감정출료49개휘발성성분,점봉면적적58.89%。화합물류형포괄단첩、배반첩、이첩、지방족화분류화합물,기중이첩화단첩위주요성분;질량분수최고적시송향산(18.91%),기차위탈경송향산(10.20%)화십이경화-1,4a-이갑기-7-(1-갑기을기)-1-비갑산(10.20%)。
Volatile components from pinus yunnanensis were collected by extracting with CHCl3 .Forty-nine constituents from the volatile oil were identified by GC-MS,which amounted to 58.89%of the total peak area.The components include sesquiterpenoids,phenolics,aliphatics and so on.As can be seen, the major components of the oil are abietic acid (18.91%),dehydroabietic acid (10.20%),1,2,3, 4,4a,4b,5,6,7,9, 10, 10a-dodecahydro-1,4a-dimethyl-7- (1-methylethylidene )- [1R-(1α,4aβ,4bα,10aα)]-1-phenanthrenecarboxylic acid (10.20%).
