通过对1000 t/d水泥熟料生产线烧成系统工艺及设备的改造,实现了以无烟煤代替烟煤作为熟料煅烧的燃料,提高了系统产量,系统粉尘排放浓度≤50 mg/m3,满足国家环保要求,达到项目改造目的。
通過對1000 t/d水泥熟料生產線燒成繫統工藝及設備的改造,實現瞭以無煙煤代替煙煤作為熟料煅燒的燃料,提高瞭繫統產量,繫統粉塵排放濃度≤50 mg/m3,滿足國傢環保要求,達到項目改造目的。
통과대1000 t/d수니숙료생산선소성계통공예급설비적개조,실현료이무연매대체연매작위숙료단소적연료,제고료계통산량,계통분진배방농도≤50 mg/m3,만족국가배보요구,체도항목개조목적。
The firing system process and equipment of 1 000 t/d cement clinker production line was transformed.After the technological transformation,the clinker system can use the anthracite instead of bituminous coal as fuel.The system throughput was also increased.The system of dust emission concen-trations≤50 mg/m3 meets requirements of state environmental protection.The purpose of the transforma-tion project was achieved.
