针对现有存储测试系统的通信方式存在通信设备位置固定、操作不便和数据传输可靠性差的问题,设计了弹丸转速炮口速度无线弹载测试系统。该系统以CC430作为主控芯片,将单片机与无线射频模块集成于一体,提高了系统的集成度,选择天线并设计天线匹配电路以实现数据的无线收发功能。利用地磁线圈切割磁感线产生感应电动势来计算弹丸转速,并依据转速、缠度可求出弹丸在炮口的初速。经实弹测试验证,该系统在433 MHz频段工作,通信速率可达250 kbps,在200 m以内能够实现完整的数据收发,能够准确测量弹丸的转速及炮口速度,其炮口速度测量误差在±1.2%以内。

As regards the problems of stationary position of communication equipment,inconvenient oper-ation and inferior reliability of data transmission existed in the communication ways of current storage test system,wireless missile-borne testing system based on proj ectile rotating speed-muzzle velocity was de-signed.The system made use of CC430 as the main control chip,integrated the MCU and RF module into one chip,and thus improved the system integration degree.The antenna was chosen and the antenna matching circuit was designed so as to acquire the functions of wirelessly receiving and transmitting data. Proj ectile rotating speed was calculated by use of the geomagnetic coil cutting magnetic line to generate in-ductive electromotive force,and the proj ective muzzle velocity was calculated based on data of rotating speed and twist.The live ammunition test demonstrated that this system can operate at 433MHz and the communication rate can reach 250 kbps,the system can achieve complete data reception and transmission within 200 meters and the measuring results of projectile rotating speed and muzzle velocity are accurate, the measurement error of muzzle velocity in the system is within ±1.2%.
