在学生党员发展中推行“行为学分制”，规范学生党员的行为，量化考核指标。利用党员行为学分管理系统促进“行为学分制”的运行，进一步加快党员信息网络化管理，提升高职院校学生党员质量。
재학생당원발전중추행“행위학분제”，규범학생당원적행위，양화고핵지표。이용당원행위학분관리계통촉진“행위학분제”적운행，진일보가쾌당원신식망락화관리，제승고직원교학생당원질량。
We can carry out “the credit system of behavior” in student party members'development to regulate their behavior and quantified performance assessment criteria .We can use party members'credit of behavior management system to promote the running of “the credit system of behavior”, further speed up the management of party members'information networking to improve the quality of student party members .
