采用溶胶-凝胶法结合生物模板法制备纳米氧化镍。通过X射线衍射( XRD)、扫描电子显微镜( SEM)、透射电子显微镜( TEM)等表征手段研究热处理温度、热处理时间、不同材料配比对产物形貌、粒径的影响。结果表明:反应配比[n(Ni2+)/n(柠檬酸)]为1:1,焙烧温度为500℃,焙烧时间为2 h,在此条件下得到了呈球形,分散性好,纯度高的立方晶系的纳米氧化镍。

채용용효-응효법결합생물모판법제비납미양화얼。통과X사선연사( XRD)、소묘전자현미경( SEM)、투사전자현미경( TEM)등표정수단연구열처리온도、열처리시간、불동재료배비대산물형모、립경적영향。결과표명:반응배비[n(Ni2+)/n(저몽산)]위1:1,배소온도위500℃,배소시간위2 h,재차조건하득도료정구형,분산성호,순도고적립방정계적납미양화얼。
NiO powder was synthesized by sol-gel and biologicao templates .The products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)、conventional TEM (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The effects of heat-treatment temperature ,treatment time and material ratio on particle shape and size .The NiO prepared in the opti-mum conditions:[n(Ni2+)/n(AC)]=1:1,500℃heat-treatment for 2h.The NiO nanoparticles prepared under the optimum conditions were spherical in shape and well dispersed;they have high purity and a fine crystal phase of cubic syngony .
