立方氮化硼( CBN)作为新型材料正在广泛应用,已经被越来越多的专家学者所关注。制备了CBN固体涂层,在高温摩擦磨损试验机上进行了摩擦试验,考察了不同温度和压力下CBN固体涂层的摩擦系数,同时比较CBN固体涂层在两种粒度下的摩擦效果。试验结果表明:CBN固体涂层具有优良的减摩抗磨特性,摩擦系数随着压力的升高而降低,随着温度的升高而升高;温度和压力较低时细颗粒CBN比粗颗粒CBN摩擦系数低。
立方氮化硼( CBN)作為新型材料正在廣汎應用,已經被越來越多的專傢學者所關註。製備瞭CBN固體塗層,在高溫摩抆磨損試驗機上進行瞭摩抆試驗,攷察瞭不同溫度和壓力下CBN固體塗層的摩抆繫數,同時比較CBN固體塗層在兩種粒度下的摩抆效果。試驗結果錶明:CBN固體塗層具有優良的減摩抗磨特性,摩抆繫數隨著壓力的升高而降低,隨著溫度的升高而升高;溫度和壓力較低時細顆粒CBN比粗顆粒CBN摩抆繫數低。

As a new material,cubic boron nitride(CBN) has been widely used and concerned by more and more ex-perts.CBN solid coating is prepared in this text ,and the friction test is done in the high temperature friction and wear machine .This text studies the influence of friction coefficient of CBN solid coating under different temperature and pressure ,and at the same time compares the friction effect of CBN solid coating under two kinds of particle size.The test result show that CBN solid coating has excellent antiwear and friction reduction properties .Its friction coefficient decreases with the increase of pressure ,and increases with the increase of temperature .When temperature and pressure is low ,fine particle CBN has lower coefficient of friction than coarse particle CBN .
