对一系列配合比的固化剂稳定铁尾矿砂进行7d无侧限抗压强度测试,从中选取若干满足强度要求的配合比进行进一步的力学性能试验研究,探讨了结合料掺量、养生龄期等因素对混合料力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,水泥掺量是影响固化剂稳定铁尾矿砂前期强度的主要因素,而固化剂的掺入能够明显提高混合料的后期强度,该材料具有较好的力学性能,适宜作为高速公路底基层材料。
對一繫列配閤比的固化劑穩定鐵尾礦砂進行7d無側限抗壓彊度測試,從中選取若榦滿足彊度要求的配閤比進行進一步的力學性能試驗研究,探討瞭結閤料摻量、養生齡期等因素對混閤料力學性能的影響。試驗結果錶明,水泥摻量是影響固化劑穩定鐵尾礦砂前期彊度的主要因素,而固化劑的摻入能夠明顯提高混閤料的後期彊度,該材料具有較好的力學性能,適宜作為高速公路底基層材料。

The seven-day tests are designed on the unconfined compressive stress of iron tailings ore stabilized by curing agent with different proportions,and some samples whose proportions have meet the re-quired standard of strength are chosen to for further researches and tests on mechanical properties.Then,fac-tors such as content of material,curing period etc.are explored and analyzed to find out how these influence the mechanical properties.The results of the tests show that cement content is the main factor influencing the strength of iron tailings ore stabilized by curing agent at the early stage,and the content of curing agent can remarkably increases the strength of iron tailings ore at the late stage.It is also proved that iron tailings ore has good mechanical properties and can be used as the subbase material for expressway.
