多元素复合合金是种高效的脱氧脱硫剂，能够更好去除钢中O、S、P和夹杂等。其中碱土金属是复合合金的重要组成部分，因此研究有关碱土金属的性质应用成为一个重要的课题。对碱土金属蒸气压与温度关系进行了研究，根据碱土金属的脱氧、脱硫、脱磷的性质，以及蒸气压与温度关系式，分析其压强随温度的变化规律，研究结果表明碱土金属的同种物质由固态变为液态的过程中，其蒸气压急剧下降；碱土金属处于同一种物质形态时，其蒸气压是随着温度的升高而逐渐减小的。
