针对连杆锻造中高能耗、材料利用率低且成型中易出现“缺料”和“折叠”等缺陷,利用有限元软件Deform-3D模拟分析连杆锻造成型过程,预测成型中材料流动、填充、应力、应变、载荷和温度场的变化趋势,探讨并优化坯料形状对连杆成型性能的影响规律,为连杆锻造工艺制订和模具设计提供参考。
針對連桿鍛造中高能耗、材料利用率低且成型中易齣現“缺料”和“摺疊”等缺陷,利用有限元軟件Deform-3D模擬分析連桿鍛造成型過程,預測成型中材料流動、填充、應力、應變、載荷和溫度場的變化趨勢,探討併優化坯料形狀對連桿成型性能的影響規律,為連桿鍛造工藝製訂和模具設計提供參攷。
침대련간단조중고능모、재료이용솔저차성형중역출현“결료”화“절첩”등결함,이용유한원연건Deform-3D모의분석련간단조성형과정,예측성형중재료류동、전충、응력、응변、재하화온도장적변화추세,탐토병우화배료형상대련간성형성능적영향규률,위련간단조공예제정화모구설계제공삼고。
For such problem as high energy consumption,low materials utility,underfilling and folding identified with forging blanks of connecting rod at present,the finite element software Deform-3D is used for simulation and analysis of the connecting rod pre-forging and final forging process.The filling,stress,strain, load and temperature change trend of connecting rod are demonstrated.The influence of connecting rod blank shape on the forming performance is analyzed which provide reference for the planning and die design of the connecting rod forging process.
