目的:以4个玉米品种为试验材料,比较研究高产玉米源库特征及产量关系。方法测定不同生育时期叶面积指数、叶绿素和胚乳细胞数的变化。结果群体条件下高产品种先玉335和郑单958的叶面积指数和胚乳细胞数均高于普通品种,而高产玉米先玉335和郑单958在高密度下和普通玉米叶绿素含量接近,但果、穗、叶、叶肉细胞中三、四环以上的细胞所占比例大;品种粒叶比由高到低的顺序是:超高产先玉335>郑单958>长城799>张玉117,超高产先玉335和普通品种张玉117粒叶比差异极显著(P≤0.01);4个品种茎鞘物质输出率差异极显著(P≤0.01),由低到高的顺序是超高产先玉335<郑单958<长城799<张玉117。结论试验条件下,从源库特征上比较,高产先玉335和郑单958属较典型的源库互作型,适宜在冀西北地区种植。

Objective To comparatively study the source-sink characteristics and their relationship with yields of four different maize varieties.Methods Determining the changes of LAI,chlorophyll and endosperm cell number in different growth stage. Results Under population condition, compared with common varieties super high-yield Xianyu 335 and Zhengdan 958 had higher LAI and endosperm cell num-ber,similar chlorophyll contents and larger proportion of mesophyll cells in ear leaves with there-four links;the descending order of ratios of grain number to leaf area in the four varieties was Xianyu 335, Zhengdan 958,Changcheng 799 and Zhangyu 117,and there was a significant difference in this ratio be-tween Xiauyu 335 and Zhangyu 117 (P≤0.01);there was a significant difference in the output percent of stem-sheath store matter among four varieties (P≤0.01).The ascending level was Xianyu 335<Zheng-dan 958<Changcheng 799<Zhangyu 11.Conclusion Under conditions of this experiment,comparative study of source-sink relationship suggested that super high-yield Xianyu 335 and Zhengdan 958 belonged to source-sink interacted type and they were suitable for planting in northwestern area of Hebei provence.
