对戴云山3个海拔(1000 m、1400 m、1800 m)土壤理化性质与酶活性进行研究。结果表明,3个海拔土壤理化性质和酶活性均存在明显差异,总体呈现随着海拔的上升,土壤深度的加深而逐渐降低,即1000 m>1400 m>1800 m。酶活性与土壤理化性质相关性分析可知,全钾与 pH 值对5种酶活性的影响最大,全钾与之呈正相关,pH值与之呈负相关。表明土壤酶活性在3个不同海拔土壤养分变化中可能发挥着重要的作用。酶活性与土壤理化性质的差异,在一定程度上影响着土壤肥力大小,因此可以作为土壤肥力的指标。揭示了土壤酶活性与土壤理化性质在不同海拔之间的差异及其空间分布特点,分析了土壤酶与土壤理化性质的关系,为了解森林土壤肥力总体状况、以及戴云山森林土壤的利用、维护和改良提供理论依据。

Soil physicochemical properties and enzyme activity were studied at three elevation gradients (1000 m,1400 m,1800 m)of Daiyun Mountains.The result showed that soil physicochemical proper-ties and activity were significantly different in three elevation gradients,and overall showed with the rise of elevation gradient,soil depth gradually reduced,descending in the order of 1000 m>1400 m>1800 m. Correlation analysis between enzymatic activity and soil physicochemical properties showed that TK and pH had greatest impact on five enzymatic activities,which was positively correlated with TK and negative-ly correlated with pH,indicating that soil enzyme activities may play an important role in soil nutrient changes of three different elevations.The variation of enzyme activity and soil properties affected the size of soil fertility to some extent,which could be used as indicators of soil fertility.The study revealed the difference of soil enzyme activities and physical-chemical properties,and spatial distribution in different el-evations.Meanwhile,we analyzed the relationship between soil enzyme activities and soil physicochemical properties,which provided a theoretical basis for an overall understanding of forest soil fertility status,u-tilization,maintenance and improvements in Daiyun Mountains.
