分析了20余所地方高校工会维权的现状和特点，探讨了地方高校工会维权应遵循的原则，提出建立健全地方高校工会维权长效机制的途径和方法：拓展多渠道的信息沟通机制、健全学校决策的党政工三方联席机制、构建职工代表大会和维权监督机制。

The current situation and characteristics of trade union for right protection in more than 20 higher vocational colleges are analyzed.The trade union right protectin for higher vocational colleges in the West should follow the principles, establish and improve the ways and methods, expand multi-channel information mechanism, perfect workers congress and legal supervision, construct school decision-making mechanism of party and government workers.
