对西南地区四省（区）省会城市社区体育的开展情况进行调研发现，社区体育存在开展不普及，计划性和科学性较差，社区居民的健身信息和资源获得不畅、社区体育组织管理较为散乱，缺少专业体育指导员等问题，社区居民对建立体育与健康咨询系统持支持态度。因此，建立“体育与健康咨询系统”是必要的，也是可行的。
대서남지구사성（구）성회성시사구체육적개전정황진행조연발현，사구체육존재개전불보급，계화성화과학성교차，사구거민적건신신식화자원획득불창、사구체육조직관리교위산란，결소전업체육지도원등문제，사구거민대건입체육여건강자순계통지지지태도。인차，건립“체육여건강자순계통”시필요적，야시가행적。
Through the literature data method, questionnaire and mathematical statistics method to investigate community sports in southwest four provinces (area) ,it is found that city community sports development plan is poor, community residents fitness information can not be easily acquired, the community sports organization management is more scattered, and lack of professional sports instructors and other issues, community residents hold a positive attitude towards the establishment of sports and health consultation system, and express the urgent need for a perfect “sports and health”advisory platform.Aiming at the existing problems and the social demand, combined with the actual situation, the establishment of“sports and health consultation system” is necessary and feasible.
