This article discussed the experiences in the hospital logistics socialization in both domestic and abroad. It introduced the logistics services in a large general hospital and pointed out the importance of talents development in hospital logistics. It also pointed out that logistics services outsourcing complied with the current trends and it was recommended to establish the hospital logistics service center and enhance its review and management.
