目的：了解高州市恶性肿瘤住院患者的病种变化趋势及其性别、年龄变化情况。方法：对2009年1月至2012年12月在广东省高州市人民医院住院的前10位恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料进行统计分析。结果：前10位恶性肿瘤顺位依次为肝癌、肺癌、鼻咽癌、食管癌、肠癌、胃癌、女性生殖器官癌、白血病、乳腺癌、泌尿道癌；在年龄、性别构成方面也存在差异。结论：应加强肝癌、肺癌等前10位恶性肿瘤的防治工作，倡导健康的生活方式，延长患者的生命，提高其生活质量。
목적：료해고주시악성종류주원환자적병충변화추세급기성별、년령변화정황。방법：대2009년1월지2012년12월재광동성고주시인민의원주원적전10위악성종류환자적림상자료진행통계분석。결과：전10위악성종류순위의차위간암、폐암、비인암、식관암、장암、위암、녀성생식기관암、백혈병、유선암、비뇨도암；재년령、성별구성방면야존재차이。결론：응가강간암、폐암등전10위악성종류적방치공작，창도건강적생활방식，연장환자적생명，제고기생활질량。
Objective:To investigate the changes of age, gender and the diseases of inpatients with malignant tumor in Gaozhou. Methods:The information of the top ten inpatients with malignant tumors in Gaozhou Municipal People′s Hospital from January, 2009 to December, 2012 were analyzed statistically. Results:The top ten kinds of malignant tumors were liver cancer, lung cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, esophageal cancer, bowel cancer, gas-tric cancer, cancer of female reproductive organs, leukemia, breast cancer and the carcinoma of urinary tract;and it showed the difference in the proportions of the age and gender. Conclusion:We should enhance the prevention for the top ten kinds of malignant tumor including liver cancer, lung cancer and others, advocate healthy life habits, pro-long the life of the patients and improve life quality.
