针对冷轧产品2B表面粗糙度较市场上同类产品粗糙度高的现象,本文从二十辊轧机工作辊的表面粗糙度方面进行实验研究。实验发现F辊的表面粗糙度变化对2D表面粗糙度影响较小,H辊的表面粗糙度变化对表面影响较大并且随着轧制长度的增加而增加,实验通过降低H辊表面粗糙度使2.0 mm以上厚度规格带钢的表面粗糙度降低了0.04μm。

In view of the fact that the surface roughness of 2B cold-rolled product is higher than similar products in the mar-ket, study and test were carried out on the roller surface roughness of twenty-roll reversing cluster.It has shown that the im-pact of the surface roughness change of roller F to the 2D surface roughness is less , while the impact of the surface rough-ness change of roller H to the 2D surface roughness is more and increases with the rolling length .By decreasing surface roughness of roller H , the surface roughness of the strip thicker than 2mm decreases by 0.04μm.
