目的：探讨老年高血压、2型糖尿病患者颈动脉粥样硬化程度与血高同型半胱氨酸（ Hcy）水平的相关性。方法选择医院老年患者120例，按其原发病分为单纯高血压病组（ HBP组）、单纯糖尿病组（ DM组）、高血压合并2型糖尿病组（ HBP+DM组）各40例，另选择年龄、性别相匹配的无高血压、糖尿病患者40例为对照组，测定4组Hcy、动脉壁内膜-中膜厚度（ IMT），计算斑块检出率并进行比较。结果 HBP组、DM组、HBP+DM组Hcy水平、IMT、斑块检出率较对照组明显增高，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 Hcy升高水平与颈动脉硬化程度相一致。
목적：탐토노년고혈압、2형당뇨병환자경동맥죽양경화정도여혈고동형반광안산（ Hcy）수평적상관성。방법선택의원노년환자120례，안기원발병분위단순고혈압병조（ HBP조）、단순당뇨병조（ DM조）、고혈압합병2형당뇨병조（ HBP+DM조）각40례，령선택년령、성별상필배적무고혈압、당뇨병환자40례위대조조，측정4조Hcy、동맥벽내막-중막후도（ IMT），계산반괴검출솔병진행비교。결과 HBP조、DM조、HBP+DM조Hcy수평、IMT、반괴검출솔교대조조명현증고，차이유통계학의의（ P<0.05）。결론 Hcy승고수평여경동맥경화정도상일치。
Objective To investigate the relativity between carotid atherosclerosis and homocysteine level in elderly patients with hypertension or type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 120 cases of elderly patients,according to their primary dis-eases,were divided into simple hypertension group( HBP group),diabetes mellitus group( DM group),hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus group( HBP+DM group),each of 40 cases,40 patients without hypertension and diabetes patients were selected as control group. Detected and compared the Hcy level、the carotid artery intimal-medial thickness,and the detection rate of carotid plaques. Results In HBP group,DM group and HBP+DM group,the Hcy level、the carotid artery intimal-me-dial thickness,and the detection rate of carotid plaques were significantly higher than the control group. The difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion The increase of Hcy is consistent with the degree of carotid atherosclerosis.
