目的：采用护理干预，增加社区糖尿病患者的保健知识，提高生存质量。方法：选择糖尿病患者260例，了解患者的家族史、饮食习惯及不适症状，有针对性地进行健康行为干预，改变行为危险因素。结果：与干预前比较，护理干预后患者的代谢指标（体重指数、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖）有明显改善（P＜0.01），生活方式（饮食控制、坚持运动、戒烟限酒、监测血糖、按时服药）也发生了改变（P＜0.01）。结论：开展社区护理干预有助于增强患者的防治糖尿病意识及能力，达到最佳的血糖控制效果。

목적：채용호리간예，증가사구당뇨병환자적보건지식，제고생존질량。방법：선택당뇨병환자260례，료해환자적가족사、음식습관급불괄증상，유침대성지진행건강행위간예，개변행위위험인소。결과：여간예전비교，호리간예후환자적대사지표（체중지수、공복혈당、찬후2 h혈당）유명현개선（P＜0.01），생활방식（음식공제、견지운동、계연한주、감측혈당、안시복약）야발생료개변（P＜0.01）。결론：개전사구호리간예유조우증강환자적방치당뇨병의식급능력，체도최가적혈당공제효과。
Objective:To adopt the nursing intervention for adding the health care knowledge of the community diabetic patients to enhance their quality of survival. Methods:Two hundred and sixty cases with diabetes were included. Their family history, diet habit and discomfort symptoms were investigated. The targeted health behavior intervention was conducted to change the behavior risk factors. Results:Compared with those before intervention, the metabolic index (BMI, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h glucose) of the patients were changed singiifcantly after intervention (P<0.01). Their life style (diet control, regular exercises, quitting smokimg and limiting drinking, monitoring of blood glucose, taking medication on time) and others also had the changes (P<0.01). Conclusion:The community nursing intervention is helpful to enhance the consciousness and ability of the patients with the best effect of the blood glucose control.
