目前对外科恶性肿瘤包括胆囊癌的治疗仍采用以手术为主的综合疗法，首先应争取手术探查，施行根治性胆囊姑息转流手术，然后给予辅助治疗。本文论述的辅助治疗包括：①营养支持；②化学治疗，如静脉滴注化疗、介入化疗、口服化疗；③免疫治疗；④放射治疗；⑤靶向治疗；⑥中医中药治疗；⑦中医食疗。在辅助治疗过程中，不同治疗方法还可相互联合以巩固和提高治疗效果。
목전대외과악성종류포괄담낭암적치료잉채용이수술위주적종합요법，수선응쟁취수술탐사，시행근치성담낭고식전류수술，연후급여보조치료。본문논술적보조치료포괄：①영양지지；②화학치료，여정맥적주화료、개입화료、구복화료；③면역치료；④방사치료；⑤파향치료；⑥중의중약치료；⑦중의식료。재보조치료과정중，불동치료방법환가상호연합이공고화제고치료효과。
At present, the surgical comprehensive treatment is still commonly used in management of patients with cancer such as gallbladder cancer. First of all,aggressive surgical management such as radical cholecystectomy or palliative turn lfow operation on patients with gallbladder cancer followed by adjuvant therapy. This paper reviews adjuvant therapy including①nitriation support;②the chemical treatment such as intervenous drip of chemotherapy, interventional chemotherapy and oral chemotherapy;③immunotherpy;④radiation therapy;⑤targeted therapy;⑥traditional Chinese medicine treatment;⑦traditional Chinese diet therapy. The effect can be consolidated and improved if adjuvant agents can be combined with each other in the treatment of patients with gallbladder cancer.
