选取污染黄曲霉毒素的花生为原料,研究0~300kGy辐照剂量范围内,电子束加速去除花生中黄曲霉毒素B1对花生理化性质,包括脂肪、蛋白质、还原糖和水分的影响。结果表明:在试验剂量范围内,电子束辐照剂量对花生中粗脂肪、粗蛋白、还原糖和水分含量无显著影响。
選取汙染黃麯黴毒素的花生為原料,研究0~300kGy輻照劑量範圍內,電子束加速去除花生中黃麯黴毒素B1對花生理化性質,包括脂肪、蛋白質、還原糖和水分的影響。結果錶明:在試驗劑量範圍內,電子束輻照劑量對花生中粗脂肪、粗蛋白、還原糖和水分含量無顯著影響。

Selected aflatoxin-infected peanut as raw material, effect of electron beam from accelerator to remove aflatoxion B1 on peanuts physicochemical properties was researched with 0~300kGy, including fat, protein, reducing sugar and water content. Results showed that electron beam irradiation dose for peanuts in crude fat, crude protein, re-ducing sugar and water content had no significant effect in experimental dose range.
