In the building energy consumption, the energy con-sumption of HVAC ratio is higher than others, which has large pol utant emissions. In order to strength the energy conservat-ion and emissions reduction, people should be base on the bu-ilding types and features to carry on the new HVAC technol-ogy applications. People use the HVAC new technologies of condensing heat recovery, water source heat pump, water co-oling towers, heat recovery fresh air units, etc can improve the building energy conservation and emissions reduction.
