针对本校目前临床医学专业研究生教育存在的不足，根据本学科的特点，提出耳鼻咽喉科专业研究生的培养应注重建立规范的管理制度，加强临床思维和科研能力培养，注重临床技能培训，提高病历书写质量和医患沟通能力；并提出一系列具体措施和建议，对我校耳鼻咽喉科研究生临床教学培养模式的改革进行了初步的探讨。

Based on the shortcomings of graduate education in clinical medicine of our university and the characteristics of this specialty,the author point out that the cultivation of graduates in otolaryngology should be focused on establishing standard management system, fostering clinical thinking and scientific research ability ,training the clinical skills, emphasizing the quality of medical record writing and improving the capability of doctor-patient communication. And they also make some suggestions and discussion about the reform of graduate clinical education mode.
