为研究钢-轻骨料混凝土中栓钉的静力性能,针对某轻骨料混凝土设计的6种试件进行静力推出试验,对轻骨料混凝土试件的静力试验结果进行了归纳和分析,并就钢筋布置形式和试验方法对试件静力性能的影响进行了讨论。试验研究结果表明,轻骨料混凝土推出试件的设计承载力满足 Eurocode 4设计规范的要求;试件的布筋形式对推出试验结果有较大影响,增加栓钉附近混凝土受压区的钢筋布置,有利于提高栓钉连接件的承载能力;不同布筋形式的试件在推出试验过程中的荷载~滑移规律有一定差别,但最大抗剪承载力下的滑移量差别不明显。
為研究鋼-輕骨料混凝土中栓釘的靜力性能,針對某輕骨料混凝土設計的6種試件進行靜力推齣試驗,對輕骨料混凝土試件的靜力試驗結果進行瞭歸納和分析,併就鋼觔佈置形式和試驗方法對試件靜力性能的影響進行瞭討論。試驗研究結果錶明,輕骨料混凝土推齣試件的設計承載力滿足 Eurocode 4設計規範的要求;試件的佈觔形式對推齣試驗結果有較大影響,增加栓釘附近混凝土受壓區的鋼觔佈置,有利于提高栓釘連接件的承載能力;不同佈觔形式的試件在推齣試驗過程中的荷載~滑移規律有一定差彆,但最大抗剪承載力下的滑移量差彆不明顯。

To study the static performance of the shear bolt studs in the steel-lightweight ag-gregate concrete ,the static push-out test was done for 6 types of samples made from a kind of lightweight concrete .The results of the static test for the lightweight aggregate samples were gen-eralized and analyzed and the effect of the arrangement of the reinforcement and the test method on the static performance of the samples was discussed .The results of the experimental study indica-ted that the design load bearing capacity of the lightweight aggregate samples used in the push-out test met the requirements of the Eurocode 4 design specification .The arrangement of reinforce-ment had greater influence on the results of the push-out test ,if the amount of reinforcement in the compressive zone of the concrete near the shear bolt studs is increased ,the load bearing capaci-ty of the shear bolt studs would be favorably improved .The load ~ slip curves of the samples with different reinforcement arrangement in the course of the push-out test showed a certain difference , but the slip amount difference was not significant under the maximum shear bearing capacity .
