马鞍山长江大桥悬索桥为(350+1080+1080+350) m 的三塔悬索桥,桥面为正交异性钢桥面板。为了给钢桥面铺装提供实用的施工工艺和施工参数等技术指导,除常规质量控制之外,在主桥钢桥面进行表面处理、防水粘结层试验段施工,确定了喷砂抛丸的抛丸机的行走速度、磨料的配比、防水粘结层每一层喷涂工艺和喷涂量等参数;在引桥桥面进行沥青混凝土(GA10+ SMA10)试验段施工,验证了实际施工用的 GA10和 SMA10材料标准配合比,确定了摊铺、压实施工工艺参数。试验段完成后进行了一系列检测试验,确认试验段铺装质量等均满足设计要求。实桥路面铺装施工检验证明,通过试验段确定的钢桥面铺装施工工艺和施工参数等,有效保证了钢桥面铺装施工质量,钢桥面铺装满足设计和技术规范要求。

The suspension bridge of Maanshan Changjiang River Bridge is a three-tower sus-pension bridge with span arrangement of (350 + 1 080 + 1 080 + 350)m .The bridge deck adopts the orthotropic steel deck .To provide useful technical directions for the construction technique and pa-rameters for the steel bridge deck pavement ,besides the regular quality control ,the surface treat-ment and the construction of the testing section containing the waterproof binding layers on the deck of the main bridge were carried out .The parameters ,such as the walking speed of the sand blasting machine ,the mixing proportion of the abrasives ,the spraying technique for each layer of the waterproof binding layers and the spraying amount were determined .The construction of the testing section of the asphalt concrete (GA10 + SMA10) was carried out on the deck of the ap-proach bridge ,from the test ,the standard mixing proportion of the GA10 and the SMA10 in the actual construction was verified ,the parameters for the construction techniques of pavement sprea-ding and compacting were determined .A series of inspections were conducted after the completion of the testing section ,so as to confirm that the quality of the pavement in the testing section could meet the design requirements .The inspection of the deck pavement construction of the real bridge demonstrated that the construction techniques for the steel deck pavement and the parameters de-termined by the testing section could effectively ensure the construction quality of the steel bridge deck pavement ,and the pavement could meet the design and technical code requirements .
