目的：探讨氟康唑联合达克宁栓治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析我院2008年2月至2012年2月收治的120例复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者的临床资料,将120例患者根据治疗方法将患者分成治疗组和对照组各60例,对照组患者单用达克宁栓治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用氟康唑治疗,比较两组患者的临床有效率、不良反应发生率、不同时间复发率、和治疗前后的临床体征情况。结果：治疗两周后,治疗组的总效率高达93.33%,对照组患者的总有效率为73.33%,两组患者比较具有显著性差异,P<0.05,治疗组显效率51.67%,显著高于对照组38.33%,P<0.05；治疗前两组患者白带增多、黏膜充血、疼痛、涂片结果阳性等临床体征均无显著性差异,P>0.05,治疗后治疗组的临床体征例数均显著低于对照组,P<0.05,且治疗组治疗后3个月、6个月及9个月的复发率均显著地低于对照组,P<0.05,而两组的不良反应发生率则无显著性差异,P>0.05。结论：采用氟康唑联合达克宁栓治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎能显著改善患者的临床体征,临床效果明显,且安全性也较高,为复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的治疗用药提供了指导。
目的：探討氟康唑聯閤達剋寧栓治療複髮性唸珠菌性陰道炎的臨床效果。方法：迴顧性分析我院2008年2月至2012年2月收治的120例複髮性唸珠菌性陰道炎患者的臨床資料,將120例患者根據治療方法將患者分成治療組和對照組各60例,對照組患者單用達剋寧栓治療,治療組在對照組的基礎上加用氟康唑治療,比較兩組患者的臨床有效率、不良反應髮生率、不同時間複髮率、和治療前後的臨床體徵情況。結果：治療兩週後,治療組的總效率高達93.33%,對照組患者的總有效率為73.33%,兩組患者比較具有顯著性差異,P<0.05,治療組顯效率51.67%,顯著高于對照組38.33%,P<0.05；治療前兩組患者白帶增多、黏膜充血、疼痛、塗片結果暘性等臨床體徵均無顯著性差異,P>0.05,治療後治療組的臨床體徵例數均顯著低于對照組,P<0.05,且治療組治療後3箇月、6箇月及9箇月的複髮率均顯著地低于對照組,P<0.05,而兩組的不良反應髮生率則無顯著性差異,P>0.05。結論：採用氟康唑聯閤達剋寧栓治療複髮性唸珠菌性陰道炎能顯著改善患者的臨床體徵,臨床效果明顯,且安全性也較高,為複髮性唸珠菌性陰道炎的治療用藥提供瞭指導。
목적：탐토불강서연합체극저전치료복발성념주균성음도염적림상효과。방법：회고성분석아원2008년2월지2012년2월수치적120례복발성념주균성음도염환자적림상자료,장120례환자근거치료방법장환자분성치료조화대조조각60례,대조조환자단용체극저전치료,치료조재대조조적기출상가용불강서치료,비교량조환자적림상유효솔、불량반응발생솔、불동시간복발솔、화치료전후적림상체정정황。결과：치료량주후,치료조적총효솔고체93.33%,대조조환자적총유효솔위73.33%,량조환자비교구유현저성차이,P<0.05,치료조현효솔51.67%,현저고우대조조38.33%,P<0.05；치료전량조환자백대증다、점막충혈、동통、도편결과양성등림상체정균무현저성차이,P>0.05,치료후치료조적림상체정례수균현저저우대조조,P<0.05,차치료조치료후3개월、6개월급9개월적복발솔균현저지저우대조조,P<0.05,이량조적불량반응발생솔칙무현저성차이,P>0.05。결론：채용불강서연합체극저전치료복발성념주균성음도염능현저개선환자적림상체정,림상효과명현,차안전성야교고,위복발성념주균성음도염적치료용약제공료지도。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect for fluconazole combined with tak NingShuan in the treatment of recurrent vaginal candidiasis(RVC). Methods:The clinical data of 120 patients RVC in our hospital from February 2008 to February 2012 was taken for retrospective analysis. Based on the treatment methods,120 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group, and 60 cases in each group. The control group was only taken with tak NingShuan treatment, and the treatment group was taken with fluconazole on the basis of the control group. The treatment effective rate,adverse reaction rates,recurernce rate at different time after the treatment and clinical signs before and after treatment was observed and compard. Results:After two weeks treatment, the total efficiency in the treatment group was as high as 93.33%, and the total effective rate in the control group was 73.33%. There were significant differences for the two groups of patients, P< 0.05. The efficiency rate in the treatment group was 51.67%, significantly higher than the control group of 38.33%, P< 0.05. Before treatment, the signs of increased leucorrhea, mucosal hyperemia, pain, smear positive results were without significant difference, p>0.05, the number of cases in treatment group after treatment of clinical signs were significantly lower than those of control group, P<0.05),the recurernce rate at third,sixth and ninth month after the treatment were significantly lower than those of control group,P<0.05, while the adverse reaction rates of two groups had no significantly differences,P>0.05. Conclusion:The combination of fluconazole with tak NingShuan in the treatment of RVC can significantly improve the patient’s clinical signs, clinical effect is obvious, its safety is higher too,and it provides medication guidance for the treatment of recurrent vaginal yeast.
