目的：研究MR与CT在膝关节交叉韧带损伤诊治重建中的应用价值和优势对比效果。方法：选取2008年4月至2012年5月在我院接受治疗的膝关节交叉韧带损伤患者32例为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,研究MR与CT在该疾病方面的应用价值和优势对比分析；结果：经过研究表明,采用MR与CT治疗膝关节交叉韧带损伤诊治重建方面均具有较好的效果,相比较而言,MR具有更好的治疗效果；结论：在膝关节交叉韧带损伤诊治重建中采用MR技术具有较好的应用价值,而且相比较CT技术而言,优势对比明显。

목적：연구MR여CT재슬관절교차인대손상진치중건중적응용개치화우세대비효과。방법：선취2008년4월지2012년5월재아원접수치료적슬관절교차인대손상환자32례위연구대상,장기수궤분위량조,연구MR여CT재해질병방면적응용개치화우세대비분석；결과：경과연구표명,채용MR여CT치료슬관절교차인대손상진치중건방면균구유교호적효과,상비교이언,MR구유경호적치료효과；결론：재슬관절교차인대손상진치중건중채용MR기술구유교호적응용개치,이차상비교CT기술이언,우세대비명현。
Objective:To study the MR and CT's application value and advantage contrast effect in diagnosis and treatment knee cruciate ligament damage to the reconstruction. Methods:The April 2008 to May 2012, patients in our hospital for treatment, all of them with knee cruciate ligament injury 32 cases as the research object, its randomly divided into two groups, the MR and CT in the disease and the application value of a comparative analysis of the advantages;Results:The study showed that the MR and CT diagnosis and treatment for knee cruciate ligament injury in reconstruction has good effect, in comparison, MR has better treatment effect than CT;Conclusion:In knee cruciate ligament damage diagnosis and treatment in the reconstruction of MR technology has good application value, and compared in terms of CT technology, MR has advantages.
