目的:对患者应用计算机断层扫描(CT)和磁共振成像(MRI)两种方法比较脑梗死后出血性的诊断价值。方法:回顾我院自2007到2011年收治的脑梗死后出血性转变的患者32例,对32例患者均采用CT和MRI检测脑内梗塞灶的数量,部位以及大小,MRI和CT均进行头部横断面扫描,厚度均为8mm,并进行拍照观察,每个截面10~12张影像,最后综合进行分析诊断。结果:MRI对于脑基底层和脑干等部位的检查更敏感,MRI检测出的脑梗死后出血性的例数也多余CT,MRI检测出25例脑梗死后出血转变的患者,占到78.1%,远远多于CT诊断患有脑梗死后出血性转变的7例患者,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同样的患者,两种手段检测出的病灶、形态均有差异,但MRI成像更易观察。结论:临床上MRI对脑梗死后出血转变的诊断价值远高于CT。
目的:對患者應用計算機斷層掃描(CT)和磁共振成像(MRI)兩種方法比較腦梗死後齣血性的診斷價值。方法:迴顧我院自2007到2011年收治的腦梗死後齣血性轉變的患者32例,對32例患者均採用CT和MRI檢測腦內梗塞竈的數量,部位以及大小,MRI和CT均進行頭部橫斷麵掃描,厚度均為8mm,併進行拍照觀察,每箇截麵10~12張影像,最後綜閤進行分析診斷。結果:MRI對于腦基底層和腦榦等部位的檢查更敏感,MRI檢測齣的腦梗死後齣血性的例數也多餘CT,MRI檢測齣25例腦梗死後齣血轉變的患者,佔到78.1%,遠遠多于CT診斷患有腦梗死後齣血性轉變的7例患者,差異顯著,具有統計學意義(P<0.05)。同樣的患者,兩種手段檢測齣的病竈、形態均有差異,但MRI成像更易觀察。結論:臨床上MRI對腦梗死後齣血轉變的診斷價值遠高于CT。

Objective: For patients with application of computer tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to compare the two methods after cerebral infarction diagnostic value of bloody. Methods:Reviewed 32 cases of those hemorrhagic transformation patients who have been admitted at our hospital from 2007 to 2010,adopted CT and MRI to detect these 32 cases of patients' focus of infarct number,position and size,used MRI and CT to proceed head cross-sectional scan,and the thickness were 8mm,took pictures and observed them,each section has 10 to 12 images,finally,analyzed and diagnosed them comprehensively.Results:MRI was more sensitive to brain base layer's and brainstem's examinations,MRI could check up more cases of hemorrhagic transformation than CT,MRI checked up 25 cases of hemorrhagic transformation patients,accounted for 78.1%,it was far more than cases checked up by CT(7 cases),the difference was significant,it has statistics meaning(P<0.05).For the same patients,focus and shapes checked up by CT was different from MRI,but MRI image was easy to observe.Conclusions:MRI's diagnosis value in hemorrhagic transformation is far higher than CT's.
