目的：旨在分析调强放疗对于鼻咽癌治疗的疗效和安全性。方法：选取2009年1月~2012年12月在我院进行治疗的鼻咽癌患者72例进行观察，分为调强组和对照组，观察疗效、照射剂量、颞颌关节功能、腮腺功能进行观察。结果：调强放疗的缓解有效率高于对照组，对腮腺、颞叶、颞颌关节、垂体所用的剂量低于对照组的患者，张口困难和口干的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：调强放疗能够在提高靶器官照射剂量的同时，减少其他正常组织的照射。
목적：지재분석조강방료대우비인암치료적료효화안전성。방법：선취2009년1월~2012년12월재아원진행치료적비인암환자72례진행관찰，분위조강조화대조조，관찰료효、조사제량、섭합관절공능、시선공능진행관찰。결과：조강방료적완해유효솔고우대조조，대시선、섭협、섭합관절、수체소용적제량저우대조조적환자，장구곤난화구간적발생솔저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：조강방료능구재제고파기관조사제량적동시，감소기타정상조직적조사。
Objective: To discuss the effects and safety of the intensity modulated radiation therapy in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods:72 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2012 were choosed for this study, the patients were divided into two groups, then we observed effects, dose, function of temporomandibular joint and parotid gland. Results:The effects of intensity modulated radiation therapy was higher than the patients in traditional radiation group, the dose used for parotid gland, temporal lobe, temporomandibular joint and pituitary gland were lower than patients in traditional radiation group, the incidence rate of trismus and dry mouth was lower than patients in traditional radiation group. Conclusion: Intensity modulated radiation therapy can develop the dose for the target organs and reduce the dose for the normal organs.
