目的:探讨冠心病患者血脂异常及炎症反应与颈动脉斑块形成的关系。方法选择2009-05~2013-04在该院住院治疗的132例冠心病患者,彩超检查颈动脉显示伴有颈动脉斑块形成93例(观察组),不伴有颈动脉斑块39例(对照组)。均常规检测总胆固醇( TC)、低密度胆固醇( LDL-C)、甘油三酯( TG)、高密度胆固醇( HDL-C)和超敏C反应蛋白( hs-CRP)。结果观察组血清TC和LDL-C均高于对照组( P<0.05或<0.01),而两组的hs-CRP、TG及HDL-C差异无统计学意义( P均>0.05)。结论冠心病患者中高TC和高LDL-C可能与颈动脉斑块形成有关,而hs-CRP与颈动脉斑块形成无明显关联。

목적:탐토관심병환자혈지이상급염증반응여경동맥반괴형성적관계。방법선택2009-05~2013-04재해원주원치료적132례관심병환자,채초검사경동맥현시반유경동맥반괴형성93례(관찰조),불반유경동맥반괴39례(대조조)。균상규검측총담고순( TC)、저밀도담고순( LDL-C)、감유삼지( TG)、고밀도담고순( HDL-C)화초민C반응단백( hs-CRP)。결과관찰조혈청TC화LDL-C균고우대조조( P<0.05혹<0.01),이량조적hs-CRP、TG급HDL-C차이무통계학의의( P균>0.05)。결론관심병환자중고TC화고LDL-C가능여경동맥반괴형성유관,이hs-CRP여경동맥반괴형성무명현관련。
Objective To investigate whether or not the abnormal blood lipid and inflammatory reaction as-sociated with carotid atherosclerotic plaque formation in patients with coronary heart disease .Methods One hundred and thirty-two coronary heart disease patients with or without carotid atherosclerotic plaque hospitalized in our hospital from May 2009 to April 2013 were enrolled in this study , including 93 patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque ( ob-servation group ) and 39 patients without carotid atherosclerotic plaque ( control group ) .Total cholesterol ( TC) , low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C) , triglyceride ( TG ) , high density lipoprote cholesterol ( HDL-C ) and hyper-sensitive C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP ) in all patients were detected routinely .Results The observation group had higher TC and higher LDL-C than the control group(P<0.05 and P<0.01, respectively).However,TG, HDL-C and hs-CRP between two groups had not statistically significant difference ( P all >0.05 ) .Conclusion In patients with coronary heart disease , higher TC and higher LDL-C may be related with the formation of carotid plaque ,while hs-CRP has not apparently related with the formation of carotid plaque .
