药物洗脱支架的出现是冠心病患者介入治疗的新的里程碑，具有重要的临床应用价值。本文主要阐述了药物洗脱支架出现的背景、雷帕霉素洗脱支架和紫杉醇洗脱支架的作用机制及临床应用；同时对于新型的药物洗脱支架及其作用机制进行了论述，进一步指出了药物洗脱支架在临床应用中出现的问题及进一步研发的方向。

The review expounds the background of drug eluting stents, the mechanism of action and clinical application of sirolimus-eluting stents and paclitaxel-eluting stents, and discusses at the same time some neotypes of eluting stents and their mechanism of action, and points out the problems of drug eluting stents in clinicaluse and the direction of further research. It also reviews the progress in drug eluting stent study and research in treatment of coronary artery disease.
