目的：评价腹腔镜微创外科手术治疗胃间质瘤的效果。方法：选取我院2008年2月至2013年2月收治的6例胃间质瘤患者，将这些患者作为观察组，另选去我院同期收治的6例胃间质瘤患者作为对照组，给予对照组患者传统开腹治疗，给予观察组患者腹腔镜微创外科手术治疗，然后对两组患者的手术时间、胃管拔出时间、术中出血量及术后住院时间进行观察比较。结果：和对照组相比，观察组患者具有较短的手术时间、胃管拔出时间和术后住院时间级较少的术中出血量，二者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：腹腔镜微创外科手术治疗胃间质瘤能够有效缩短患者的手术时间、胃管拔出时间及术后住院时间，并减少患者的术中出血量，具有良好的治疗效果。
목적：평개복강경미창외과수술치료위간질류적효과。방법：선취아원2008년2월지2013년2월수치적6례위간질류환자，장저사환자작위관찰조，령선거아원동기수치적6례위간질류환자작위대조조，급여대조조환자전통개복치료，급여관찰조환자복강경미창외과수술치료，연후대량조환자적수술시간、위관발출시간、술중출혈량급술후주원시간진행관찰비교。결과：화대조조상비，관찰조환자구유교단적수술시간、위관발출시간화술후주원시간급교소적술중출혈량，이자차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：복강경미창외과수술치료위간질류능구유효축단환자적수술시간、위관발출시간급술후주원시간，병감소환자적술중출혈량，구유량호적치료효과。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of stromal tumor of minimally invasive surgery, laparoscopic operation for the treatment of stomach.Method:Compared with the traditional open surgery for patients in the treatment group, the observation group were given laparoscopic minimally invasive surgical operation treatment, then the two groups of patients with operation time, the tube pulled out of time, amount of intraoperative bleeding and postoperative hospital stay were observed and compared. Results:compared with the control group, with shorter operation time, tube pulled out of time and postoperative hospitalization time level are less intraoperative bleeding patients in the observation group, two the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: the laparoscopic minimally invasive surgical operation treatment of gastric stromal tumors can effectively shorten the operation time in patients with gastric tube, pull out the time of hospitalization time and postoperative, and reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding of patients, has good treatment effect, worth in clinical widely.
