目的：研究CO2激光Colles筋膜外包皮环切术中即时注射曲安奈德，能减轻术后局部水肿及疤痕的优越性。方法：对2011年6月至2013年3月收治的724例包茎、包皮过长患者，采用CO2激光在Colles筋膜外切除过长内、外板皮肤组织，术中即时局部注射曲安奈德。术后观察阴茎水肿、伤口恢复及功能情况。结果：724例患者伤口均一期愈合，阴茎水肿程度轻微、恢复快、伤口外形美观。572例患者随访3~12个月，患者对外形、功能满意。结论： CO2激光Colles筋膜外包皮分层环切法术即时注射曲安奈德，术后恢复快、水肿轻，伤口瘢痕外形美观、功能良好，是包皮环切术一种理想的改进方法。值得临床推广。
목적：연구CO2격광Colles근막외포피배절술중즉시주사곡안내덕，능감경술후국부수종급파흔적우월성。방법：대2011년6월지2013년3월수치적724례포경、포피과장환자，채용CO2격광재Colles근막외절제과장내、외판피부조직，술중즉시국부주사곡안내덕。술후관찰음경수종、상구회복급공능정황。결과：724례환자상구균일기유합，음경수종정도경미、회복쾌、상구외형미관。572례환자수방3~12개월，환자대외형、공능만의。결론： CO2격광Colles근막외포피분층배절법술즉시주사곡안내덕，술후회복쾌、수종경，상구반흔외형미관、공능량호，시포피배절술일충이상적개진방법。치득림상추엄。
Objective To explore the superiority of reducing postoperative local edema and scar by local immediate injection of triamcinolone acetonide in cir-cumcision with CO2 laser outside of Colles fascia. Methods 724 cases with phimosis and redundant prepuces that were admitted to hospital during 2011 and 2013 were treated by the method of CO2 laser demixing circumcision. Decoherence the skin of outer plate and inner plate with CO2 laser outside the loose connective tissue of Colles fascia. Intraoperative immediate local injection of triamcinolone acetonide. Observed the situation of the edema, wound recovery and function of the penile after operation. Results The incision of all 724 patients were healing well. The patients recovery rapidly and have a aesthetic appearance. 572 cases were followed up by 3 to 12 months. The patients were satisfied with the form and function of the penile. Conclusion With the advantages of recovery rapidly ,mild edema,beautiful scar appearance, good function. It is good improved method for circumcision . Worth to spread in the clinical.
